Dieting. It’s basically a belief that through discipline, a person can shape their body into an ‘ideal’.
I’m wondering about how that affects gender. Body shape, how clothes hang, appearance in different settings—it’s all pretty much the same thing. Trying to shape the body into an ‘ideal’.
